Syzygy

This pen is made from Coastal Red Milkwood with dyed black veneers.  I call this design "Syzygy".  Syzygy is an astronomical term referring to the alignment of the planets, specifically the sun, the moon and the earth.  It occurs at the time of a full moon and a new moon.
