Free shipping on both domestic and international orders! All shipping is done using USPS Priority Mail and includes insurance. All products listed on Syzygy Pens are in stock and will generally be shipped within 24 hours of order/payment confirmation. |
Warranty
I value your patronage and as such want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not thrilled with your pen/pencil feel free to return it within 30 days for a full refund. Upon receipt of the pen I will issue you a full refund including the cost of you shipping it to me.
Your pen/pencil is warranted against defects for a full year from date of purchase. This warranty is based on normal use, not abuse, of the pen/pencil and does not extend to consumables such as ink cartridges, refills or pencil leads.
If at any time during the year your pen/pencil does not function as intended, please contact me and arrange for it's return. Upon receipt of the pen I will repair or replace the pen.
